I made an advanced guess that Harry Bissell was the guilty party. Even if this
isn't it, he could still be guilty, infact some claim he is guilty of alot of
things, but don't listen to all that, OK? ;O)

PS. Read the "small print" at the bottom. Naming the module "Dual Bessell
generator" does give him credit pretty up-front, so if this is it, then EAR
have kept their end of the bargain, and yes, then Hairy Harry would be found
guilty in this instance. ;O)
