[sdiy] Aztec and Another Bit Crusher Thingy

Construction notes page has the addendum. If you heed that you can build a 
functional version of the original Aztec. It worked as it was supposed to. 
The instructions in the addendum alleviate the gross power consumption and 
heat issues.
