[sdiy] Aztec and Another Bit Crusher Thingy

I have recieved a handful of correspondence from folks wondering what has
become of my old Aztec processor. So, due to "popular demand" ;-) I will be
posting the original design info on my website once I manage to retrieve it
from my backup CDROMs. I'll include an addendum which will specify the
problems with the original circuit and the means to rectify them.

Now for the really good news. I have redesigned the unit and added to it
some interesting new features. I haven't had the $$$ or time to prototype it
though. Next month I am planning to clear my bench of all other projects and
order parts for the prototype of the Aztec MkII. Like I did with the
original I will provide a webpage where those interested can read up on the
progress of the project. That webpage will also allow people to post
comments and questions. Just remember I am somewhat bad at putting my
technical ideas into words so, be kind and keep questions at a 4th grade
level. I am military after all.

In my web perusings I came across this funky little unit. The maker is also
a synth-diy guy and I wonder if he's on this list....
Very cool little design and with a low parts count!
