IME :

- for ink, alcohol,

- for grease and keyboard/monitor grunge, alcohol, soap or
  Ajax-style house cleaning fluid.

- for glue, "essence C", "essence F", etc. Sorry, don't know the
  English names - they're made from oil, are thin clear liquids
  similar to petrol and white spirit and are widely available.

Then there's acetone and trichloroethylene but those tend to
dissolve the plastic along with the stain. And trichlo is
carcinogenic.
