It has been a while since I researched this.

As I recall, ceramic type CO material has a drift of 0 ppm / deg C  
+/- 30 ppm.

I had to find the most absolute temp stable type to fix a metal  
detector design inherited from 1960s that would not pass test during  
the summer months. Analog I/Q phase detectors using 1495 multipliers  
to produce DC from 80 kHz sine, what a riot that was.

Some ceramic types had best absolute drift spec.

Don't recall if dielectric absorption was comparable to polystyrene  
(0.1 - 0.2%)?
