Right.
I think that you will be happy with it.
For me it was THE solution.

Before I usedf this method I tried to solder under a stereo microscope and a 
thin SMD soldering iron but it was the hell. Yes. it worked also but took about 
one or two hours for 208 pins and after it I had an headache due to the optical 
irritations...
