Hi everyone,

I have an old EPS that I picked up used years ago. The poly aftertouch
has never worked properly on it. any key played always has the
atertouch at it's maximum value. I was told by someone today that there
is supposed to be rubber or foam between the coil and plate beneath the
keys that make up the Hall effect key triggering mechanism. Does this
have to be some special formed rubber piece, or could I find something
sort of a foam to replace it? Also, does the permeablility of the
material I choose matter (it seems like it might).

Thanks,

Richard
