One side is a SIL3, the other side is a SIL2. They're staggered.
If you mount it vertically, the rows are .2" apart. If you mount
it horizontally, they're at the very least .5" apart. The body is
11.7 mm long and the LED leads are pretty stiff so .6" might be a
better choice.

The body is 7.8 mm deep.

I think I'd mount it vertically, with the LED leads at the bottom
so as not to bend them.
