[sdiy] Vactrol Footprint?

Hey Hey Hey, it's fat Vactrol time. I've decided I really like the Mutant 
VCF and wanna build one. Unfortunately, my PCB design tools do not have a 
footprint for vactrols. I cannot seem to find a spec sheet anywhere with the 
footprint for the VTL5C3/2

Can somebody give me the dimensions I need to create a custom footprint?
The specsheet would be neat too if it exists.
