[sdiy] 'Hard or Soft' sync (the CEM3394) VCO?

I'm talking about the main timing cap. Note that I have not tried this, 
I'm just guessing. I don't see why that wouldn't synch the VCO though. 
This technique is used in LFOs all the time, also works to make 
envelopes start from zero with each new key press.
