Hi Romeo

If you download the files some month ago it's OK, because the error was 
introduced
in an update I did about three month ago.
Anyway check that there is not a short track between pin 6 of  U2 
(TL071) and the
C5 (680nF) cap. If there is such a track just cut it (/remove it) or 
download the new PCB files.
