I just print FPD to PDF and open that in Illustrator.
I have not heard lasertran mentioned in this thread yet, and that is
wonderfull for doing front panel graphics (It is inject printable decal
paper)

I found that I could copy and paste between Illustrator and
FrontPanelExpress. Everything gets grouped together, so it's not ideal, but
it does work. Just a thought...
