[sdiy] Building a Transcendent

Yes, some may call me mad to want to do this, but I'm thinking of
building a Transcendent 2000, and I have a few questions...

Is there anyone on the list that has recently built one?

Are there any better copies of the pcb design available
than those at: http://port23.co.uk/synthdiy/trancendant/manual/index.html ?
I won't risk etching such a large board in one go, so I'll
split it up anyway.

Any useful hints for enhancements?
I see the original design uses plain single turn trimmers in
the VCO that can probably better be replaced by multiturn trimmers.
I'll probably not use slide switches either unless I can easily
obtain the right ones somewhere.

Any sources for the keyboard?
