i don't have a juno [maybe an alpha 2 in a few months...], so this is
general advice... inline.

i'd clean and check the connections on the front panel board with the
switches, make sure everything's grounded properly, etc

i'd check to make sure all the powerlines are working correctly.

isn't that what the arp usually does when it's not synching to an external
clock? or do you mean even when the arpeggitor is off? this is sort of what
the sh-101 does when the back is off and the jack board isn't grounded [it
sustains whatever note you hit] , so you can tune it without dealing with
keys... so again i guess check the grounds.

clean er up :P ... i'd definitely check the grounding... the fuzzy polyphony
could be because of this as well, or lack of power getting to the circuit...
hopefully someone with experience with juno60's can be of more help.
