[sdiy] 555-based ADSR that refuses to work with 9v

Hi All
Well I happened to have one of these circuits on a bit of veroboard in my
desk here at work which is using the ST NE555N and a TL081.
I can get it to work down to +/- 4V or so with no probs. Your problem does
sound like a wiring thing to me too.
Just thought you'd like to know....
