Hi Ken,

Why don’t you look for company cutting panels with laser. I had approximately 2 sq.meters of cut and drilled (by laser) alu panels for less than € 100.00

They were cut according to an AutoCad drawing and I just had to deburr edges. I used 6061T6, harded grade of standard 6061. (aircraft grade)

Does anyone have any recommendations for an online store selling bare aluminum?  I was thinking of placing an order with metalexpress.com.  Anyone used them lately?  Which should I buy 5052 or 6061 if I want to make panels?
