Try swapping the tip and ring connection. IIRC, Oberheim gear uses
the Roland pedal standard, not the Yamaha one. I built a simple TRS
ring/tip switching patch cable (TRS plug on one end, TRS inline jack
on the other end) that I use with my Yamaha pedals on non-Yamaha gear.
