Polystyrene. They are available from Mouser. .01uF is the highest
value they carry, so you're in luck.

.01uF is a large value for a silver mica.  I would not use silver
mica in this case unless you needed a really wide operating temperature
range. Polystyrene is about 85C max.  (be careful soldering it !)
