I was wrong about Allison Research. ( yeah, I kept looking ).  Seems that
they were a forerunner to Valley People.  

I think your best bet is that fuzzy schematic which shows the 6 transistors.
There might be a chance of finding Paul Buff of Allison Research/Valley
People fame, or maybe asking THATcorp nicely if they know anything about it
since it seems they ( as dbx ) licenced some rights to Allison/Valley.
