Ken Stones's Cynare does just this.

Tom Henry's percussion book has a section on pitched noise as well, with a
similar circuit for the same purpose. Great for gong sounds, too, or
emulating the trash man's pickup at 4:00 AM. I went through a jag a while
back playing with controlling the oscillators' pitches with VTL5C2's (slow,
but I got a lot of 'em yada yada) with a single CV.

Some samples from it

Scroll down to 11 April, 2004.

Cheerio,
Scott
