No reason you can't just add a shortcut to the windows Startup folder ...
Or better still you could create an auto-starting setup running a number
of synths within something like Steinberg V-STack, each accessible over
a different MIDI channel and outputing to a different soundcard channel.
Or if you don't mind routing MIDI and audio within software on your main
computer, but you still want to spread the CPU/resources onto another
PC, this is a cool concept:
