For the application you have in mind, 
I doubt that you need all that much precision.
Also, you could probably reduce the 
influence of source impedance by rescaling
all the resistors which would increase the input impedance of 
the non-inverting input.

but, by the time you have filtered the output, you won't
see the assymetry in the output!
