Yup,

And those damn Buessels Bureaucrats have also something to do with
this law (in use at least here in Finland), that regulates disposing
electronic/electric devices.

They have this RIDICULOUS idea of recycling/ post-processing
electronic junk - free of charge for customers. CFCs taken out of
refrigerators before recycling metals back to raw materials ect. It's
like damn fasism: If I want my 386 to end up landfill I should have
the RIGHT :P

Buying a new energy efficient refrigerator = good. (If the old one is recycled)
Buying a new cell phone every 6 months = consumerism..

"But they don't make 'em like they used to" is becoming more and more
evident. My almost 9 years old mobile phone still works. Since then
many mobile phone generations have passed.. new features, no real
added value to me. I don't have custom ring tones - but I also don't
have stories about "4 months old phone which started to power itself
off" ect.

This whole consumerism is pretty silly, but hey it keeps economy
growin' right? Stockholders happy? Money just likes money, money
doesn't have nationality. "Chinese are comin'" ready or not - todays
place to do cheap shit even cheaper and with current economy growth
huge future markets.

So, Let's enjoy this market capitalism to the bitter end.. F**k
protectionism. Maybe one day the smallest bit of the society isn't
dollar You spent, Euro I spent, but human beings (again?).

I don't think it's "enviromentalist BS", that We Westerners are
leading the race of consuming natural resources much faster, than it
can renew itself .
