the paia midi2cv8 is the power supply and midi-cv for their modular system; 
perhaps it could work for you? the midi2cv8 has 8 cv outs with a bunch of 
different modes: 1 voice with controllers, 4 voices of cv/gate, 8 
controllers, 8 triggers, etc.
