[sdiy] Midispeak / Speak'n'spell interface

Just a quick followup.  The non-workingness of the midi interface was caused
by power supply differences between the various revs of speak'n'spells.  The
addition of a diode in the supply lead to the midi interface solved the
problem and it works fine.  Fun toy to play with :-)
