OK
If you buy quantity... all are still easy to get. Prices of the CA3280
are usually higher (futurlec has a really good price right now).
I'd say
LM3080 5
CA3080 5
CA3280 4
LM13600 (aka NJM13600) 7
LM13700 (aka NJM13700) 7
Roll your own - 2 (based on board space, matching etc...)\
Also, the NE5517 / 5517A are availbale as well
