Well I used them in the Oakley TB3030, my own clone of the sound engine,
but this is the only one I know of. I got the tip of trying out the Rohm
device originally from Colin Fraser.

But as I have said before, the BA6110 is not a drop in replacement since
the IC pins do different things. Also, the Iabc pin sits 1.2V above the
negative rail unlike the BA662 which sits at 0.6V. This makes a lot of
difference to the TB303 as it happens.

The TB3030 had two different layouts to cope with the differences
between the 662 and 6110. The xobox does something similar I believe and
uses some current mirror thingy to do the Iabc drive correction. I
simply used an extra resistor.

I have noticed that some Analogue Solution's Roland clone stuff has the
BA662 replaced with a BA6110.

That said the BA6110 is an excellent device. Low offset, high Gm and
optional linearisation similar to the 3280. Shame it was discontinued.
It is, however, very easy to kill. More than a mA out of its Iabc pin
will kill it.
