[sdiy] 2SA798 datasheet?

Anyone know of somewhere there's a PDF of it I can download?

I want to add it (on Ian's suggestion) to my Synth DIY component datasheet 
archive, and out of all the suggestions that people have sent me, that's 
the 2SA798 is the only one I can't seem to find online already...
