[sdiy] Triggering problems with sequencer. Any thoughts?

The trigger should be generated from the edge of the clock that advances
  the counter...  
  
  Some designs have a trigger that is generated with a switch on each
  output, so you can choose to trigger, or not... on each step.
  
  Any of the above is fairly easy...
