Yeah, I looked at the TL05x and came to the same conclusion.  I use TL07x 
for general purpose and when I need something better I find a chip that 
does a good job for the particular application, e.g. OPA2227 for low offset 
or OPA2234 for fast slew and pretty good offset and bias current.
