Maybe.  They are all similar, unless 'protoboard' means
solderless breadboard.

Some of these boards have copper foil patterns, some do not.

I use vectorbaord with NO copper on it, hust holes. You'd
need to get into the actual part numbers or description
for each.

In most cases, these terms imply 'generic' prototyping
boards, without and special bias toward a specific goal

(except maybe something like XT prototype board which would
have ISA edge connector and maybe the bus interface already there)
