Generally, I use the TL08x and TL07x interchangeably...you aren't going to
notice a whole lot of difference between them...Generally, I now use the
TL05x series...which has better offset specs...supposedly...but it costs
about twice as much.
And the LM324 is not really a single power supply opamp...you will find it
actually works best from a +/- power supply....they call it single supply
because the input common mode range includes the negative supply rail and
the output can go down very close to the negative rail. However...I
generally never stock them any more. I use TL0xx opamps everywhere for the
most part.
