[sdiy] reverbs [Elrad]

I'd like to build one of this. But maybe with DIY circuitry instead  
of depending on commercial pickup preamps. Or using a very good  
contact mic like the C-Ducer :

I used a real EMT unit with analog synths and it was a great pleasure.

Maybe a "C-Ducer" mic would be usable as a pickup?
