I'm gonna have to say "Supercollider" - if I can ever get my head 
wrapped around it enough to be comfortable with it. With great and 
almost unlimited power comes, uhhh, great head scratching. But where 
else can you modulate *only* the 5th harmonic of a saw wave?

Sheesh....

"Absynth" would have to be my next favourite. I love the huge evolving 
textures that it's capable of when using the granular oscs.

How about "Audiomulch"?
