Do you remember which one this was? (I understand from recent comments 
that you're something of an expert in the field?...<ducks>)

The MN3011 had six taps, but they were at <checks datasheet> 396, 
662,1194, 1726, 2790, and 3328, so none were as close as you're 
describing. This would have basically the same result as the 
through-zero flanger I never built - delay the straight channel by a 
negligible amount, and then delay the other channel by just a shade 
more.
