Hi list,
	I've just taken delivery of a new book, containing much interesting
and useful stuff: scales and different tuning systems; FM synthesis (with
lots on the DX7); Karplus-Strong; sampling; Fourier analysis; and much more
besides. I expect others will find it interesting too:
