I have some patch panels here (small, 10 x 10, where the bottom 2 rows are
just pin parking. What is particularly interesting is that while the
verticals are via common vertical lines, the horizontal outputs are
individual, one per hole. Shorting links are fine because one can add diodes
or resistors or whatever is needed on the back.

Unfortunately I cannot find a manufacturer's mark on them.
