[sdiy] First phase of MS20 filter study

Hi list,
	After a fresh injection of enthusiasm stemming from this years Synth
DIY (UK) meet, I have finally managed to finish the analysis phase of my
'study' of the MS10/MS20 filters. Since I started it after *last* years
meeting, about time too, but it sort of took on a life all of its own.

Next stage is to actually build the filters, and see how/if the reality ties
in with the analysis.
