[sdiy] Warning to Euros buying from Mouser

If you're thinking of buying from Mouser from outside the
US/NAFTA, you might want to know this :

1. Just because mouser.com says a reference is in stock does not
   mean it is. After two months, I'm still waiting for delivery
   of parts that were supposed to be in stock when I passed the
   order.

2. If there are too many lines in your order (more than 100 ?),
   it will be split. You'll get a less than clear email from
   Mouser about that. Don't panic. This is normal.

3. The shipping costs do not include the customs taxes or VAT. You
   will have to pay for this. For me, there was just VAT but there
   is an additional 8.61 EUR for handling charges. This is per
   package ; if Mouser split your order in four (like they did for
   mine), you will have to pay four times that.

   But it gets better... That bill will be sent to you TWO MONTHS
   after delivery. So, if this is a group buy and you have any
   intention of breaking even, you get to bill the participants a
   second time !
