Yes, it's an 8 into 1 demux + S&H, made specifically for synthesizer  
use.  I think there may be a few in the Siel DK600.  I'll bet 50  
cents that they're used in at least a few Emu units, like Emulator  
III's, Emax I's, SP12's, and stuff of that era.  Didn't Paul Perry  
also have some in his Frostwave MIDI to CV units?
