All,

Sorry for the recent flurry of clearout emails from me, but hopefully
the following is of interest. And there _is_ synth-diy related
content at the end!!

I'm clearing out my back issues of Sound On Sound. I have the
*complete* set from the very first issue (November 1985) right up to
next month when my subscription expires (I've had enough reading
about the latest softsynths and yet more S+S synth engines repackaged
in oh-so-luvverly new shiny plastic cases with blinky blinkenlights
and rubberly twistenknobben).

The first four volumes come complete with SOS binders. Most are in
very good condition. One or two have minor scuffs (possibly from the
postman) but otherwise OK.

I'm going to offer them to the list at 10 pounds sterling per volume
(that's 12 issues) plus postage. Each volume starts with the
November edition (that's when SOS first came out).

** IMPORTANT **

Please note that postage is _NOT_ going to be cheap, especially
overseas postage, and will be higher for newer volumes as SOS padded
out the pages. For example, 1999 alone weighs about 8.3kg, so
surface postage to the USA (approx. 1 month delivery) will be about
$120. UK buyers have the option of collecting in person (or better
still, in car/cart/Tardis).

I'm not going to list the contents of each issue, instead point you
to SOS's own list:

Use the little box on the left of the web page to select a year and
browse the articles. Note that issues before 1994 are not online, so
these mags are the only way to access a glimpse of the world way back
then.

The last year of the collection (2006) will not be available until
later this year (for obvious reasons :-) but all other volumes are up
for grabs. In simple terms, I'm clearing out the workshop to make
room for building synthesizers (<- synth-diy related content).

Oh, and before anyone asks, NO I will not split volumes.

Cheers,
Neil
