[sdiy] New 4xD Audio Sample

Just added a new mode to the 4xD that allows double delay times (up to 
1340ms per channel) but still at 48kHz sampling rate.  It works by 
sharing a common input (and buffer) between 2 channels.  This leads to 
interesting cross feedback possibilities when each channel feeds back to 
the other.
