The title says it all: The original printed versions of the Electronic
Drum Cookbook are sold out! Many thanks to everyone who signed up for
the "SDIY special."  We're working on PDF versions of Thomas' Books,
including the 566, 3080 and Noise Cookbooks, and will announce when
