[sdiy] BBD clock circuit

Hi,

here's my new BBD clock circuit. (Harry, close your eyes, this is
dangerous!)
Designed to drive a TDA1022 and MN3005, with adjustable gap between clocks
to allow optimal operation even with
heavy capacitive loading. 1/x and exponential modulation inputs. Half Speed
switch.
Circuits adapted from Aries Phaser module and Dynacord TAM-19 Flanger.
