no but over short period, it should be good enough to keep the diodes +/- 0.1 to 0.2
degree F maybe.

Are we measuring for forward or reverse voltage? Forward voltage - skin conduction should
be a minor error. I think last time I did this, I used clips on the leads, so I can't
guarrantee that I was touching anything but the glass. Measurements were good enough for
my purposes anyway.
