Thank you everyone for your help!! :)  Sure enough - I install the
actual hardware into this machine, and the driver that I had
installed, DOES contain the panel software!  That's all that I were
worried about. :)  I can't WAIT to start recording with this thing! :D

Here's to hoping I'll be able to record a 'sync track' and have
D.A.M.I.A.N. as well as my recording software, properly follow each
other. :)
