If we're bringing up free PCB packages...

Dont forget gEDA and Kicad.   There are people on this list with large gEDA
libraries of usefull synth parts already created, and I'm making up the same
for Kicad which I've switched to from my previous software.

I dont know if gEDA has a windows package, but Kicad does and while its a
little quirky I've already ordered simple boards made with Kicad with no
problem.

I'm also working on getting Kicad compiled under MacOS, and I think someone
has already gotten gEDA built under MacOS.
