[sdiy] Futurlec has LM394's for cheap

Just in case anyone cares, National is still making the TO-5 package version
of the LM394.  Can't say as the price is very good ($3.05, Qty 1000+) but at
least they'll be around for a while.  They have an RoHS compliant version
and it is listed as "MSL 1: Unlimited floor life at customer - no dry-pack"
