[sdiy] [SDIY] Frequency regulating circuit

Hi people! I have an old toy keyboard i'm trying to transform into a
legitimate instrument but it is tuned a semi tone up! It is impossible to
change this internally because this is one of those sound generators on a
chip type keyboard.

Do you know of any circuit that can shift up or down the frequency of a
sound to a certain frequency value? And i'm talking cheap and analogue!
