Hello list! I've been busy these last few months in class, learning
about wonderful things like DHTML and Oracle amongst other things. In
the time I've found that I have a dire need to take an inventory of my
parts drawers along with all the projects I need them for *and* where
I got the parts from.. and while I'm at it I figure I might as well
add the datasheets for the parts to the fray. I've run into a little
snafu in that Oracle won't install on my home computer but I have a
nice new laptop that I can get it running on.
My grand idea involves a webform to allow people to browse and submit
entries to this database in hopes of making it a comprehensive
resource, so I want to ask the people here for feedback on this
project. You can go to my homepage
ct.pease.nhctc.edu/~jefffarr/oracle to keep track of progress, but
there isn't much up there today (I'll be updating it on Monday).
